Job summary

Conservation Corps Minnesota & Iowa is seeking AmeriCorps Field Crew Members to restore habitat and protect natural resources across Minnesota and Iowa. This 1700-hour term (Feb–Dec 2027) includes a $2,400 monthly living allowance, training, gear lending, health insurance, childcare assistance and loan-forgiveness eligibility.

Crews work outdoors, may travel 4–12 days, and are led by Crew Leaders; applicants must pass background checks and commit to the full term.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well with others in a team setting, outdoors and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete natural resources service projects with fellow members safely and efficiently.
• Abide by safety regulations and report safety concerns.
• Leave No Trace and conservation best practices on all projects.
• Travel for out-of-town assignments up to 4–12 consecutive days.
