Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King and Kittitas Counties is seeking a New Construction Crew Lead for AmeriCorps/Washington Service Corps. The role is full‑time on active job sites, guiding volunteers through framing, siding, flooring, and landscaping while ensuring safety and quality.

You will help future homeowners build their own homes alongside community volunteers and participate in planning meetings to advance affordable homeownership in the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead volunteer groups on site and facilitate safety orientations.
• Assist with hands-on construction including framing, siding, flooring, and landscaping.
• Support homebuyer families during the build and help manage materials and site setup.
