EnerMech is seeking to strengthen its Americas engineering leadership across ES and IIS, delivering the global operating model regionally. The role drives capability, standards adoption and governance, while coordinating training and workforce development across the region.

You will lead the regional team, align with global authorities, and ensure delivery against demanding technical and schedule commitments within a global energy services platform.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical or Ocean Engineering.
• ≥3 years in engineering leadership.
• Evidence of standards implementation and resource coordination.
• Travel across the Americas and collaboration with global teams.

Responsabilités

• Establish, develop and lead the Americas engineering function across ES and IIS, implementing the global engineering operating model.
• Provide transformation leadership and regional capability ownership for standards and governance.
• Translate global standards into consistent local practice and lead regional training.
• Coordinate regional recruitment and capability development with leadership and HR.
• Monitor delivery, readiness, and governance; escalate issues to Global Engineering Director.
