Job summary
Omron Automation-Americas, headquartered in Hoffman Estates, IL, is seeking an OEI Product Manager for the Americas portfolio. You will manage the product lifecycle, drive revenue, margin, and market share through market insight and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Global Product Managers.
You will analyze market data, competitive intelligence, and voice-of-customer feedback to support product decisions, accelerate new product introductions, and ensure successful
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of product management experience.
- Experience positioning and marketing products in the automation marketplace.
- Ability to build business cases for new product investments.
- Excellent presentation and customer-facing communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce.com is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned product portfolio performance in the Americas.
- Develop and execute commercialization plans for new products.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer activities.
- Monitor product performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support forecasting and annual planning processes.
- Collaborate with Global Product Managers and Business Units to communicate Americas market requirements, influence product development, and support global strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
