Job summary

Vanguard is seeking an experienced Physical Security Intelligence Manager to lead intelligence efforts across the AMER region, including the United States, Mexico, and Canada. You will mature the regional program, shape processes, and support site security for Vanguard’s people, offices, and events.

The role combines strategic, operational, and tactical duties, requiring strong leadership of a small analytics team, collaboration with security functions, and the ability to translate complex data

Qualifications

• 5+ years in physical security threat intelligence or related field.
• Experience assessing risks across the Americas including civil unrest, terrorism and site security.
• People leadership experience with team development and performance management.
• Independent, proactive leader of regional intelligence with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience building intelligence programs and stakeholder partnerships for better decision-making.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise intelligence for executives.
• Experience briefing senior leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and report on physical security threats affecting Vanguard operations.
• Produce high-quality intelligence products and briefing materials for AMER sites.
• Translate complex information into clear, actionable intelligence for stakeholders.
• Deliver horizon-scanning analysis to identify emerging risks.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of analysts and establish performance expectations.
