Job summary

Vanguard seeks an experienced Physical Security Intelligence Manager to lead the AMER regional intelligence program supporting site security operations in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. You will mature the intelligence function, deliver timely threat assessments, and brief senior leaders on emerging risks.

In this role you will build out scalable processes, partner with Site Security, Travel Security, and Investigations, and manage a small team of analysts. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in physical security threat intelligence in corporate/financial sector preferred.
• Experience assessing risks across the Americas including violence, terrorism, civil unrest, crime, and site security operations.
• Proven people leadership including coaching and performance management.
• Independent, proactive leader capable of guiding regional intelligence across dispersed teams.
• Experience building intelligence programs and stakeholder requirements.
• Strong analytical, written communication skills with ability to produce finished intel with minimal oversight.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable intelligence for senior decision-makers.
• Experience briefing executive/senior leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and report on physical security threats impacting Vanguard operations across AMER.
• Produce high-quality intelligence products: threat assessments, executive briefings, site risk updates, forecasts, incident reports.
• Translate complex information into clear, actionable intelligence for security operations and leadership.
• Lead horizon-scanning analysis to identify emerging risks and future threat developments.
