Job summary

Framery is seeking a Material & Supply Planner, Americas, to own material flow for our US operations, manage planning, inventory, and production scheduling. You will partner with our assembly facility near Zeeland, MI, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain ERP/WMS data accuracy while supporting the US sales team with product availability and lead times.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain roles focusing on purchasing, material planning, or production planning.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel; knowledge of WMS is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate master data and resolve imbalances.
• Excellent English communication; willingness to travel locally and to Finland as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive material planning, inventory optimization, and production scheduling for US operations.
• Act as main contact for local suppliers, manage orders, and coordinate revisions.
• Ensure ERP/WMS data accuracy and support the US sales team with product availability and lead times.
• Collaborate with the assembly partner near Grand Rapids, Zeeland, MI, and HQ supply chain teams in Finland.
