Qualifications

• BS degree with 7+ years of relevant technical experience, or AS with 10+ years.
• Experience leading multi-region or global programs with enterprise impact.
• Ability to manage a regional environmental and sustainability program in a global business.
• Understanding of key environmental and sustainability issues and measurable value.
• Problem-solver with integrity, discretion and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional environmental & sustainability programs across the Americas.
• Provide leadership to site EHS teams and commercial partners.
• Drive compliance with environmental regulations and reporting.
• Collaborate with International counterpart to align global strategy.
• Prepare communications and represent Valmont at external meetings.
