KAYALI is seeking a highly motivated Demand Planning Assistant Manager to own forecasting sales and inventory for the Americas. This role offers exposure to Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, with opportunities to implement innovative planning solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in demand/inventory planning, strong Excel skills, and experience with FuturMaster, Power BI or Tableau. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning or related field, preferably in beauty/FMCG.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Statistics or related field.
• Sephora experience a plus.
• Experience with FuturMaster is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills; strong data mining and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Americas demand forecasting and stock management, ensuring service levels.
• Participate in monthly S&OP, aligning Sales, Marketing and Supply Planning.
• Track forecast accuracy and bias (MAPE) by SKU/category and drive improvements.
• Maintain demand planning systems and master data for forecast integrity.
• Collaborate with Finance to align forecasts with budgets and AOP.
