Job summary

Nscale, a GPU cloud provider for AI, is seeking a Project Controller to join the Project Controls team. You will oversee financial and administrative activities for multiple data center construction projects, collaborating with the VP, PMs, and Cost Managers to ensure budgets and reporting are rigorous.

You will handle project setup, cost tracking, invoicing, reporting, and compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Proven experience in project financial control, cost management, and administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Google Suite.
• Strong analytical, numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across data center teams.

Responsibilities

• Project setup and documentation for new data center projects from due diligence through delivery.
• Track costs, manage invoices, POs, and vendor payments; support stakeholders.
• Monitor budget and provide forecasts and reports to internal/external stakeholders.
