Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sourcing or Category Management.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Mining, Oil & Gas is helpful.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop category strategies and lead sourcing events.
• Ability to negotiate and drive supplier partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Americas Procurement with ownership of the chemical category.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for direct chemicals.
• Execute RFXs, auctions, and supplier negotiations.
• Manage supplier relationships and risk across North America.
• Align with operations and engineering on manufacturing needs.
• Ensure compliance with delegation of authority.
