Job summary

Agency in the United States seeks an ASL-language specialist to collaborate with AI models on real-world ASL scenarios and linguistic theory.

You will verify linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness, challenge models on ASL-to-English translation and spatial grammar, and document error traces and failure modes.

Ideal candidates have ASL fluency, deep Deaf culture knowledge, expertise in non-manual markers and fingerspelling, and the ability to clearly show your reasoning.

Qualifications
