Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of 18 graduate hours in political science/American government.
• Unofficial transcripts are required when applying.
• Official transcripts preferred. Working knowledge of internet & adaptability to online Learning Management Systems highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Teach American Government courses to students in all academic programs.
• Develop course materials, manage classroom activities, and handle reports, syllabi, and lesson plan development.
• Collaborate with Tutoring, Retention, and other college areas to help ensure student success and prepare reports for accreditation.
