About the Role

You will join the product team at AmericanExpress to develop innovative, automated risk‑management solutions. The work involves designing product features for the Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) domain, managing end‑to‑end product life cycle, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, secure products that enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into advanced product roadmaps and deliverables for the Risk Prediction & Data Science (RPDS) team.
• Lead the development of rapid risk‑identification tools to reduce credit and fraud risk, improve client trust, and support key processes such as onboarding, credit usage, endorsements, and cross‑product integrations.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and architecture groups to build scalable, secure automated systems.
• Engage with stakeholders to iterate on product features, gather feedback, and prioritize enhancements.
• Play a key role in shaping the product strategy and roadmap for the RPDS domain.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive project assumptions to achieve business results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
• Client‑centered mindset and experience building progressive products or systems with distributed teams worldwide.
• Experience prototyping, iterative development, and applying principles of Scaled Agile Framework.
