CCMC in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, is seeking an Amenities Concierge to deliver exceptional resident experiences within our master-planned community. You will be the friendly ambassador ensuring access to amenities while upholding community standards and safety, working outdoors in varied weather, including after-hours and weekends as needed.

The Amenities Concierge is an ambassador of first impressions and responsible for assisting homeowners and guests so they can enjoy the amenities facilities and all they have to offer. This role is fundamental in maintaining our lively community and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for all.

What you’ll accomplish:

• Extending the highest level of service to residents and guests
• Assisting with facility admittance

If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.

The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:

• Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
• Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
• Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
