Job summary

Highbrow LLC in Frisco, TX is seeking an experienced Amdocs Developer with strong DevOps skills to support development, deployment, integration, and production operations of Amdocs-based telecom applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amdocs BSS/OSS platforms, CI/CD, Linux, Shell scripting, Git, containers, and Kubernetes, and will work across development, DevOps, infrastructure, QA, and production support teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Amdocs development and application support experience.
• Strong Linux/Unix knowledge and shell scripting ability.
• Proficient in CI/CD with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Understanding of REST APIs, SQL, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Amdocs applications within the BSS/OSS ecosystem.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues across deployments and environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, QA, and operations teams during releases.
• Create documentation, runbooks, and deployment procedures.
