Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to ensure system sanitation, readiness, and adherence to quality assurance standards.
• Use knowledge of municipal roads and highways as well as local geography to perform all aspects of your responsibilities.
• Oversee and remain up to date with current standards of care, including equipment functions and utilization of all licenses.
• Administer the highest level of customer service by being courteous, helpful, and professional at all times when dealing with patients, co‑workers, supervisors and the public.
• Provide top‑tier transport to facilities by assuming responsibility for patient care and carrying out established policies and procedures.
• Perform daily maintenance of the rig, including cleanliness, stocking inventory, and reporting any engine malfunctions that would impact operations.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to market leadership.
• Respond promptly to assignments as required by the Dispatch Center.
• Support customers by rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CDL (A/B/C) with Passenger Endorsement.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• CDL abstract (state).
• NSC DDC‑6 (Defensive Driving Course).
• Successfully complete Physical Aptitude Test.
