Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license to practice in the state(s) served.
• BSN preferred for this position.
• Experience with outpatient ambulatory care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Ensure accurate EHR documentation and safety culture.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Float to other units if needed to meet patient care needs.
