MedStar Health in Annapolis, MD is seeking an experienced registered nurse with an outpatient vascular surgery background to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care of vascular patients from admission through discharge.

In collaboration with patients and families, you will provide theory-based professional nursing care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, advocate for patients, and participate in discharge planning and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1-2 years RN experience required.
• Current RN license in the state or jurisdiction of the facility seeking employment.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care from admission through discharge.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and family.
• Lead and delegate tasks per scope of practice.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
