Qualifikationen

• Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Associates of Nursing (ASN) is required; Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• RN license in Indiana or NLC license.
• Two years of ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of procedures and equipment for clinical areas; ability to coordinate multiple functions.

Aufgaben

• Prepare patients for surgical procedures and coordinate pre-operative tests and records.
• Coordinate labs, imaging, and outside records; ensure results reach clinicians and are uploaded to the chart.
• Educate patients about procedures and post-operative care; assist with triage and clinical procedures as needed.
