Job Description:

The Medical Group Nurse Manager reports to a Market or Service Line Nurse Director and collaborates with Service Line or Market Leaders to ensure the successful execution of strategy and collaboration within operations and clinical care. The manager promotes a culture of patient and employee safety, quality of care, and customer experience by building and supporting provider and employee engagement. They partner with Service Line or Market Leaders, Operations, and Medical leaders to define, implement, and monitor system-wide standards for care, ensuring clinical care aligns with the vision and strategy of the Medical Group.

• Shift Details: Full-time (40 hours), fully remote/work from home, day shift (M-F), 7 am - 7 pm availability, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.
• Location: Fully Remote/Work from home
• Preferred Qualifications: Triage nursing experience and team leadership experience.
• Additional Information: Oversees all Canyons Medical Group Primary Care clinics. The role involves working two days as a triage RN and three days in an administrative capacity, including education, quality assurance, scheduling, staffing, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution (verification required).
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Active Nursing Licensure in the state of practice.
• Two years of nursing experience in a primary or specialty care clinic.
• Five years of progressive experience in healthcare or ambulatory care settings.
• Experience in developing and implementing clinical and business quality improvement initiatives.
• Leadership experience.
• Effective verbal, written, interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate clinical IT systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration.
• Leadership experience in ambulatory/clinic settings.

Physical Requirements:

• Communicate effectively with others.
• Operate computers and office equipment, requiring finger and hand movement.
• See and read computer monitors and documents.
• Remain seated or standing for extended periods to perform work.

The hourly rate ranges from $37.98 to $58.61, dependent on experience.
