Intermountain Health seeks a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our Canyons Medical Group clinics. Job Description:
The Medical Group Nurse Manager reports to a Market or Service Line Nurse Director and participates with the Service Line or Market Leaders to ensure a successful execution of strategy and collaboration within operations and clinical care. The manager builds and supports provider and employee engagement in promoting a culture of patient and employee safety, quality of patient care and customer experience. Partners with Service Line or Market Leaders, Operations and Medical leaders to ensure system wide standards for care are defined, implemented, followed and tracked and that clinical care aligns with the vision and strategy of the Medical GroupMinimum Qualifications
