Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of hospital or three years of other pharmacy experience preferred.
• Active Wisconsin pharmacist license (or eligible for) required.
• Active membership in a national organization appropriate for specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to organ transplant recipients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe medication treatment.
• Manage disease states via in-person, virtual, and telephone encounters.
