Job summary

Colorado Urologic Surgery Center is seeking a Surgical Scrub Tech to scrub for outpatient urologic procedures and maintain a sterile field as a key member of the surgical team.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma/GED, a Surgical Technician program, appropriate certification, and preferably prior ambulatory surgical center experience; strong teamwork and communication are essential to coordinate with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and completion of a Surgical Technician program or equivalent experience.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions and coordinate with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for surgical procedures and maintain a sterile field.
• Prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient cases.
