Job summary

Colorado Urologic Surgery Center is hiring a Surgical Technologist/Scrub Tech to support ambulatory urologic procedures. The role includes scrubbing for surgeries, maintaining a sterile field, preparing supplies and equipment, and collaborating with the surgical team.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, completion of a surgical tech program, state certification as required, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with a surgical tech program or equivalent.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and implementation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and acts as part of the surgical team.
• Maintains a sterile field during procedures and prepares supplies.
• Supports quality improvement activities and coordinates with physicians.
