Colorado Urologic Surgery Center in Superior, CO is seeking a Float Surgical Technologist/Scrub Tech to join the surgical team. The role scrubs for procedures and maintains a sterile field while preparing supplies and equipment.

You will support quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with staff and physicians. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, Surgical Technician program completion, and state certification as needed; ambulatory center experience and strong teamwork are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program or equivalent
• State certification as required by state and/or center
• Experience in ambulatory surgical centers preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures
• Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center
