Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Surgical Technologist for vascular procedures at our ambulatory centers. You will perform scrub and circulating duties, assist with room setup, instrument handling, and patient preparation in a high-standard healthcare environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, sterile technique knowledge, and BLS certification. Prior experience with C-Arm and ultrasound equipment is a plus, with adherence to regulatory and CQI practices.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' related experience. Previous patient care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques.
• Experience with interventional equipment (C-Arm, ultrasound) preferred.
• BLS certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with maintenance and setting up of the procedure room in compliance with FMC policies and regulations.
• Stocks procedure room and trays with supplies and equipment prior to procedures.
• Cleans the procedure room and equipment after procedures.
• Prepares and positions patients for procedures as needed.
• Assists with preparing, organizing, and efficiently utilizing supplies to prevent wastage.
• Maintains patient records and follows HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
