BMCHS is seeking a Surgical Nurse Director to lead and advance nursing practice in a high-acuity surgical environment. You will drive evidence-based care, mentor nursing staff, and align clinical operations with organizational goals to enhance patient outcomes and experience.

Responsibilities include directing clinical care, coordinating interprofessional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while focusing on cost-effective, high-quality care delivery and staff empowerment.

Qualifications

• RN with Massachusetts license in good standing (required).
• Master’s degree in Nursing or higher required within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience with at least 1 year in an assigned specialty.

Responsabilités

• Directs, coordinates, and supervises clinical care for surgical patients.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and aligns with hospital policies to optimize outcomes.
