Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• BSN preferred.
• Med/Surg experience preferred.
• Ambulatory Surgery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment and educates on post-treatment needs.
• Participates in safety, quality and regulatory compliance activities; documents plans of care with the interprofessional team.
• Assesses patient needs across physical, psychosocial and cultural dimensions and communicates the care plan across the continuum.
• Follows safety-sensitive policies and maintains alertness as part of essential duties.
