Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Ambulatory Surgery, Outpatient Surgery, or OR nursing.
• Currently holds BLS certification from AHA.
• ACLS required within one year of hire.
• PALS Certification preferred or obtained within six months of request.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care and leadership.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary caregivers.
• Engage in staff meetings and educational requirements.
• Perform peri-operative assessments of surgical patients.
• Communicate with caregivers for continuity of patient care.
