Job summary

USPI Webster Surgery Center is seeking a motivated Clinical Director to oversee day-to-day operating room operations, implement process improvements, and collaborate with the ASC Administrator to promote fiscal accountability and high-quality patient care.

The role requires RN/OR experience and a track record in clinical leadership, program management, budgeting, and staff development. This on-site position offers growth in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery environment.

Qualifications

• RN/OR experience required.
• Experience as clinical director or managerial position.
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
• Budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of standards/regulations for the clinical field.

Responsibilities

• Devise strategies for the clinical department according to company standards for service and growth.
• Budgeting and resourcing accountability.
• Plan and oversee all patient care or administrative operations and programs.
• Recruit employees to ensure department is staffed with qualified personnel.
• Assign cases and create schedules for all employees.
• Coordinate and supervise staff providing constructive feedback.
• Provide personnel with clinical training and opportunities for development.
• Evaluate performance and discipline employees when necessary.
• Monitor compliance to legal guidelines, internal policies and quality standards.
