Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, the country’s largest ASC platform, is seeking a Surgery Center Administrator for Baylor Scott & White Surgicare at Plano Alliance in Plano, TX. The role leads day-to-day operations, collaborates with physicians, staff, and governing boards, and drives clinical quality and operational efficiency.

The Administrator will manage budgets, compliance, and strategic initiatives across multiple service lines, ensuring patient experience and financial performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience with ASC leadership or hospital surgical leadership with ASC exposure.
• Proven financial management and budgeting experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily ASC operations including administrative, clinical support, and business functions.
• Serve as liaison with Governing Board, Medical Staff, facility leadership, and USPI Home Office.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
• Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and address operational risks.
• Oversee staffing, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Support physician relationships, credentialing processes, and medical staff coordination.
• Identify opportunities for service line development and operational improvement.
