Job summary

US Fertility is seeking an Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurse to join our Webster, Texas team for an every-other-weekend schedule. The role supports perioperative care in a fast-paced setting, with potential transfer to the Texas Medical Center in Houston in January 2027.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with BLS and ACLS, 2–3 years operating room or PACU experience, and strong assessment and communication skills. Join a national network delivering compassionate fertility care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• 2 to 3 years clinical experience in Operating/Procedure Room or PACU.
• Strong technical and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment.
• Ability to communicate accurately and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced assessment skills to identify patient care problems, formulate patient care plans
• Perform initial preoperative assessment, develops a plan of care, and explains the subsequent phases of surgery
• Provide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family members
• Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedation
• Administer medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directed

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurse to join our team atShady Grove Fertility at the Clear Lake, Texas. Position moves to Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas starting January 2027.

• Schedule: Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 5:30 AM to 11:30 PM; hours vary based on need
