Job summary

Northern Wyoming Surgical Center (NWSC) in Cody, Wyoming seeks an experienced Clinical Administrator to lead our outpatient surgical center. This role partners with physicians and the governing board to drive clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and continued growth of ambulatory services.

The ideal candidate has extensive OR/PACU leadership experience, a nursing license in WY, and a strong track record in staffing, budgets, and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted registered nurse license in WY.
• At least three years of OR or PACU management experience; ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.
• Five years of OR or PACU clinical experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or relevant experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS as required by the center’s patient population.
• CNOR or CPAN certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with staffing, budgets, quality improvement, and clinical operations.
