Job summary

ChenMed is hiring a Network Specialist to join our clinical operations team. The role spans ambulatory care settings and may involve occasional work in acute care, SNFs, and home health, with duties including medical history review, exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education.

You will collaborate with PCPs and other specialists, renew prescriptions, and contribute to care plans. English fluency and current state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited school and licensed to practice in state required
• Board certification in specialty preferred
• Current DEA and DPS Certificate of Registration
• Minimum two (2) years of direct work or intern experience

Responsibilities

• Sees patients and reviews basic medical history.
• Conducts exams and tests.
• Analyzes lab results and presents diagnoses.
• Interprets diagnostics and develops treatment plans.
• Provides clinical advice for disease management and lifestyle changes.
• Writes and renews prescriptions.
• Keeps up to date with changes in the field and may provide training.
• May attend center meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
