Job summary

ChenMed seeks a Network Specialist to join our clinical operations team. You will perform patient assessments, develop plans of care, and coordinate with PCPs to deliver high-quality ambulatory care. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, patient education, and collaboration across specialties.

Responsibilities include exams, history reviews, and management of treatment plans, with frequent travel within the market. DEA/DPS and state licensure are required, with board certs preferred.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited school and licensed to practice in state required.
• Board certification in specialty preferred.
• Current DEA and DPS Certificate of Registration.
• Minimum two (2) years of direct work or intern experience.

Responsibilities

• Sees patients and reviews basic medical history and records.
• Conducts exams and tests to assess endocrine-related issues.
• Analyzes lab results to inform diagnosis and treatment.
• Develops treatment plans and educates patients and caregivers.
• Monitors progress and follows up with PCPs and other providers.
• Travels within the market up to 75% of the time as required.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation per ChenMed standards.
