BMCHS is seeking an Ambulatory Services Representative I to support ambulatory access, including registration, scheduling, and insurance verification. You will assist with MPI, co-pay collection, and front-end tasks in a fast-paced clinic setting.
The role requires strong English communication, confidentiality, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities, with part-time hours in the Ambulatory Float Pool.
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating all the functions and activities related to ambulatory patient access including, but not limited to: front end customer service, patient registration, insurance/coverage verification, appointment scheduling, charge entry, and a variety of administrative duties in support of department (such as, handling forms, phones, filing, making appointments, photocopying, faxing, mailings, letters, reports, etc).

Compensation Range: $20.23- $24.65 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
