UAB Medicine is hiring a Nurse Manager for ambulatory services in Alabama. The role reports to leadership and oversees plans to meet quality and financial standards within the ambulatory area.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, 5 years of related experience with 2 years in nursing leadership, an Alabama RN license, and CPR certification (ACLS/PALS may be required). Pay range is $89,880 to $146,055 annually, with full-time AM shifts and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• 5 years of related experience with 2 years in nursing leadership.
• Active Alabama RN license.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days.
• ACLS and/or PALS may be required; if so, obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Implement plans and policies for ambulatory area of responsibility and ensure quality and financial standards.
• Set objectives and monitor progress toward goals.
