Ideal candidate has at least 2 years in bedside nursing with leadership experience, strong communication, and a commitment to pediatric care. Schedule is Mon-Fri Day shift; join a respected team delivering high-quality, developmentally appropriate care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Two years nursing experience or demonstrated bedside nursing competence.
• Current Arizona RN license or multi-state compact license.
• Current BLS provider certification.
• Current PALS or NRP provider certification.
• Current nursing certification in clinical nursing or ability to obtain within one year.
• Bachelor's or higher in healthcare-related field (preferred).
• One year supervisory or lead experience (preferred).
• Experience with pediatric patient populations (preferred).
