You will mentor staff, drive quality improvement initiatives, and partner with operations to achieve strong patient outcomes in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Requires ASN.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Two years experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and development for a team of four Registered Nurses, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered culture.
• Support safe, high-quality, evidence-based ambulatory care in line with ANA standards and policy.
• Serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and onboarding coach for staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and clinic flow.
• Assist with daily clinic operations, staffing coordination, workflow management, and resource allocation.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient experience goals in ambulatory care.
