Job summary

OU Health is hiring an Experienced RN for the Ambulatory DOC Clinic on a PRN basis. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care in an ambulatory setting, aligning with OU Health values, and supporting physicians and staff in a busy clinic.

Minimum qualifications include an RN license (OK or compact), 1+ year of nursing experience, and BLS. The RN will document care, monitor patients, and participate in care planning and discharge discussions with families.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN).
• 1+ year of patient care experience as RN.
• Current RN license (OK State Board or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient responses to nursing interventions and physician orders.
• Assists physician in examination and minor procedures.
• Administers medications and initiates IV infusions.
• Delivers safe, competent patient care and communicates care plans.
