University of Mississippi Medical Center is seeking an RN I-Ambulatory on a PRN basis for the Children's Urgent Care clinic in Flowood, MS. The role requires assessing and coordinating nursing care, patient scheduling, and documentation in the EMR.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license and strong communication and teamwork skills to support a fast-paced ambulatory setting and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care.

Formación

• RN License required.
• Knowledge of clinical nursing care procedures and protocols.

• Knowledge of computer systems/EHR, tools and programs.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, develop, implement and evaluate nursing care and treatment for patients.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and admissions within the practice.
• Counsel patients and family members on treatment and conditions.
• Act as liaison between case managers, home health nurses, utilization review, etc.
• Coordinate patient services and care and maintain patient records.
