Community Health Network is looking for an Ambulatory Registered Nurse to join the Palliative Care team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves conducting phone triage, patient education, and appointment scheduling, all while providing compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN accredited school of nursing, or 3 years of related experience.
• Valid RN license in Indiana as per Nurse Licensure Compact.
• One year of nursing experience required.
• Preferred experience in hospice or critical care.

Responsabilités
