Qualifications

• Current RN license in the practicing state; multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and assess patients across age continuum in ambulatory care.
• Provide patient education, triage, and prioritization using the nursing process.
• Schedule tests and interventions per provider order; collaborate with the care team.
