Job summary

MaineHealth's Memorial Hospital in North Conway, New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time RN for ambulatory primary care. In this outpatient role you’ll perform assessments, triage, administer medications and immunizations, assist procedures, and coordinate care with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license required; BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• New Grad or RN with less than 12 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, provide telephone triage, administer medications and immunizations.
• Assist with procedures and coordinate care across the care team.
• Provide patient and family education and help patients manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Promote preventive care and support patients in navigating their healthcare journey.

Education
