Qualifications

• Adheres to ANA Scope and Standards of Practice; uses nursing process for assessment, diagnoses, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to coordinate care and transitions.
• Educates patients and families to promote health and safety.
