Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Infectious Disease and Primary Care in Rockport, ME. This ambulatory care role supports physicians and care teams with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in a per diem, day shift setting.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license, BSN preferred, and at least one year of RN experience, with current BLS or ability to obtain within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Current applicable state RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• One year of recent RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to patients and families calling or presenting for care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Perform a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/APPs in delivering care.
• Demonstrate ability to obtain resources to develop required skills and knowledge over time.
