Job summary

SolutionHealth, affiliated with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, is seeking an RN to support Immediate Care in Nashua. You’ll room patients, take vitals, triage, and coordinate care with the provider team.

Requirements include NH RN license, current BLS/CPR, and prior healthcare experience; Epic experience is a plus. We offer flexible hours, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and a 403(b) plan. Shift: 9am–7pm weekdays; per diem/weekend coverage available.

Qualifications

• NH Registered Nurse license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Prior healthcare experience required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vitals, triage, and assist providers.
• Collaborate with physicians and PAs to design care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, vaccines, and perform point-of-care testing.
• Educate patients on self-management and plan of care.
