Responsibilities

• Provide and facilitate competent patient and family care, ensuring adherence to standards of care and accurate documentation.
• Deliver health and wellness education to individuals and groups.
• Act as preceptor, supporting staff and healthcare students' development.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing departmental protocols.
• Perform triage calls, medication refills, and complete prior authorizations for medications and procedures.
• Administer injections, assist with pump refills, and support providers in clinical tasks.
