Indiana University Health is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse to join its Community Health team across multiple counties. In this role you will provide breastfeeding and immunization education, help patients navigate care, and connect families with community resources, working with an interdisciplinary team.

The position is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• ASN is required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide breastfeeding and immunization education in ambulatory settings.
• Assist with care navigation and connect patients to community resources.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for home-based outreach.
